UPDATE: FOUR Days of Vending on ONE Floor!
Ladies (and Gents) love to shop! If you have a product or service that our audience would enjoy, consider being a vendor at The Dance & Wellness EXPO!
- You will be located in the lobby and hallways with registration in the traffic flow of workshop participants! -Vending will remain open during The Divas of The Dance Show on Saturday night and during The Glamour Open Showcase on Sunday night!
The EXPO averages 1500 women and men in attendance for workshops and shopping is open to the public as well. We average 500 at our Sat. Night Show.
We ask vendors to be ready for shoppers by 10 a.m. on Friday. Event starts at Noon on Friday and runs to noon on Monday. Breakdown is 12noon on Monday. We ask vendors to be packed away by 1pm on Monday. Tables and items can be covered and left overnight on the days of the event. The main doors to the event area will be locked but items are left at your own risk.
We reserve the right to refuse vendors if the business, service or product is not appropriate for our venue. (Also, please note that we do not have duplicate vendors representing the same company, i.e., only one Mary Kay Cosmetics representative or one Cookie Lee Jewelry representative.)

- $585 - Returning - All 4 EXPO Days (Two 8'x8' spaces or equivalent space)
- $650 - All 4 EXPO Days (Two 8'x8' spaces)
- One Day Vending Only - $125 (8'x8' space subject to availability)
- 8'x8' Single space includes One- Table with draped tablecloth
- Daily Parking onsite in the hotel garage reduced for you! Only $15/ per day!
