Workshops and instructors are subject to change. All workshop fees and performance tickets are nonrefundable but transferable to the future Boca event.
BOCA Membership
Belly Dancers of Color Association was originally formed as a simple directory where individuals could find studios/instructors of color in their local areas. With the success of the Expo and the growing number of people embracing the beauty and health benefits of belly dancing we want to make membership a true value for all.
In that vein we have set up the following structure:
Studios - $100 Annually: June 1st – May 31st
- Includes directory listing in the search by state on www.bellydancepages.com
- Group discounts available for the Annual BOCA Expo
- Window signs identifying studio as a BOCA member location
- Wholesale pricing on volume purchases of BOCA apparel (Got Hips? And BOCA Member shirts)
- BOCA Membership cards for up to 5 studio staff members
Instructors - $50 Annually June 1st – May 31st
- Includes directory listing in the search by state on www.bellydancepages.com
- Consideration for teaching hours at the Annual BOCA Expo
- BOCA Member Bumber sticker and lapel pins with "Instructor"
- Discount on private instruction from Dr Sunyatta Amen
- Discount pricing on volume purchases of BOCA apparel (Got Hips? And BOCA Member shirts)
- Discount card good during BOCA Expo with all vendors
Dancers/Students - $30 Annually June 1st – May 31st
- Includes monthly update / email notification of newly added instructors/studios
- Advance notification of Annual BOCA Expo information
- BOCA Member Bumber sticker and lapel pins with "Member"
- Discount card good during BOCA Expo with all vendors
Benefactors* - $20 min donation Annually June 1st – May 31st
- Advance notification of Annual BOCA Expo information
- BOCA Member Bumber sticker and lapel pins with "I support…"
- Discount card good during BOCA Expo with all vendors
